GUY BEARD DESIGNS RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be a Guy Beard Designs raving fan customer who loves the business. We will do everything in our power to make that happen. 

We will happily exchange or return your item(s) that you purchased within 10 days of your receipt of the item(s). 

Your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packaging. We will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, used, scratched, or damaged in any way. 

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE – Sizing adjustments will be addressed

Please notify us at info@guybearddesigns.com or call (904)899-2137, and we will send you an e-mail with a Return/Exchange Request form that contains a Return Authorization Number. 

We recommend shipping the returned merchandise via insured FedEx, UPS, or  parcel post for tracking purposes, and that you make sure that the package is insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned as listed on the original invoice. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of all shipping, insurance, and handling charges on the return. Guy Beard Designs assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss of and/or damage to any merchandise sent for return or exchange while the merchandise is in transit to our location.

Shipping charges, if applicable from the original purchase, are non-refundable. 

Refunds, less the return shipping fee, are processed to the original form of payment 3-5 business days after we receive your undamaged merchandise. 

Please allow a few days for your bank to post funds to your account.
